Five World Sailing codes have the status of a rule: Advertising, Anti-Doping, Ethics, Eligibility and Sailor Categorization. They are published on World Sailing's website and can change at any time, which is why they are not printed in the rulebook. You can only protest a breach of one of them if that Regulation permits protests.
