Saildex Regattas
Run your regatta on Saildex, free.
Saildex Regattas is a complete event and scoring system for sailing clubs and class associations. It covers the notice of race, registration, race-day finish entry, scoring, protests and the published results. Organizers and competitors pay nothing, and there are no payment screens anywhere in it.
Score a race in your pocket — no sign-up. The quick scorer records finishes on a phone keypad and scores one-design or PHRF on the spot.

Why it is free
Every event hosted here adds to the Saildex record of sailboat racing and its sailors.
Saildex is a public record of sailboat racing: results archived from scoring sites, and a record for every sailor in them. Results scored here arrive complete, with the people who sailed each race, which an import from another site often cannot provide. Hosting events well is the surest way to build that record.
So there are no entry fees, no card payments, no donations and no paid tier. More on why, and what happens to your data.
How approval works
A person reviews every club and every event before anything about it is public. It keeps spam and fake events off a free service.
Name your club
Sign in and create the club or organization running the event.
Set up the event
Work on it privately for as long as you need. Only its organizers can see it.
Submit for review
A reviewer checks the club is real and the event is a sailing event, and you are emailed the decision.
Publish
Once approved, the event is public with registration open. Most later edits go live at once; changing the event’s name, description, website, club or contact email sends it back for review.
The review policy lists what reviewers check.
Start an event
Sign in, create your club, and set up the event. The quick start takes you through it in order.
